Property Description

We have 3 units right in the heart of Derby and each 2 storey unit has::

• Two king bedrooms which can be configured either as a king bed or 2 king single beds;
• Bunk room with two adult king single bunks;
• Two bathrooms with under floor heating;
• Washing machine and dryer;
• Open plan kitchen/ lounge/ dining overlooking the Ringarooma River;
• Stove, convection microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee plunger;
• Reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning in all rooms;
• Free unlimited NBN/Internet;
• Smart TV with Netflix;
• Common outside area with two BBQs;
• Secure cage for storing bikes;
• Off-street parking (two spaces per unit)

Floor Plan
Our standard nightly rate is $375/night for up to 4 guests and $55/night for each additional guest.

To let you book with confidence we have changed our terms and conditions to include if federal or state government restrictions prevent you from staying for the dates booked we will credit all your payments against a future booking.
Please note we require a non-refundable deposit (50%) payable at time of booking with the balance due 14 days prior to check-in. There is no refund for cancellations within 14 days of check-in.
