To let you book with confidence we have changed our terms and conditions. If the federal or state government restrictions prevent you from staying for the dates booked we will credit all payments against a future booking.

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions, the main conditions are:

The minimum stay is 2 nights (online bookings). Please call or email for 1 night stay (Sun-Thu only);
Rates start from $340 per night plus $45 per guest per night when more than four guests stay;
Tin Mountain shall be available from 3pm on the first day of Guest’s stay and must be vacated by 10am on the morning after the last night of the Guest’s stay;
To confirm the booking a deposit or full payment is required withing 48 hours of making reservation. If the payment is not received by the due date then the booking shall be cancelled;
The Guest shall pay the balance of the cost of the stay at least 14 days prior to the commencement of the stay or the booking will be cancelled;
Payment may be made by credit/debit card or direct credit to our bank account.
All our properties have a COVID-19 Safety Plan in accordance with Tasmanian State Regulations

All rates include linen and cleaning and there are no additional service fee or credit card fees when booking through our website.
